TURNAROUND TIME?
Our standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days from the time your design is approved and payment is received. Rush orders are available for an additional fee—just let us know your deadline and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
WHATS YOUR MINIMUM?
Our minimum order for custom embroidery is 12 pieces per design. However, for specialty or sample requests, we do offer smaller quantities at a premium rate. Reach out to us for custom quotes.
What can you embroidery?
We can embroider on a wide variety of items including hats, shirts, hoodies, jackets, bags, patches, and more. If you're unsure whether your item can be embroidered, just send us a message—chances are, we can make it happen.
CAN I ORDER SAMPLES?
Yes! We offer sample embroidery pieces starting at $35, which includes a stitched version of your logo or design on a swatch or item of your choice. This cost can be credited toward your full order if you proceed with production.
DO YOU OFFER DESIGN HELP OR DIGITIZING?
Yes, we provide digitizing services to convert your design into an embroidery-ready file. Our in-house design team can assist with edits or custom creations. A one-time digitizing fee may apply.
WHAT FILE TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PNG, JPEG, AI, PSD, PDF, or SVG. For best results, send high-resolution or vector files.
CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN GARMENTS?
Yes! You're welcome to bring your own garments. Please note: all customer-supplied items are embroidered at your own risk.
DO YOU OFFER BULK PRICING OR WHOLESALE RATES?
Yes. We offer discounted rates for large orders. Contact us for volume pricing or wholesale opportunities.
DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?
Yes, we ship across the U.S. and offer local delivery or pickup. Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination.
CAN I REORDER THE SAME DESIGN LATER?
Absolutely! Once digitized, your design is saved in our system for future use—no setup fee required for reorders.
