WHAT IS SCREEN PRINTING?
Screen printing is a method where ink is pushed through a mesh stencil (or "screen") onto garments. It's best for bold, vibrant designs and large quantity runs.
WHAT'S YOUR MINIMUM ORDER FOR SCREEN PRINTING?
Our screen printing minimum is 24 pieces per design. For smaller orders, we may suggest an alternate printing method like heat transfer.
TURNAROUND TIME?
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after artwork approval and payment. Rush service is available upon request.
HOW MANY COLORS CAN YOU PRINT?
We offer up to 6 spot colors per design. For more complex or photographic prints, we may use simulated process printing.
CAN YOU PRINT ON DARK GARMENTS?
Yes, we print on both light and dark garments. For dark garments, we typically use a white underbase to make the design pop.
WHAT TYPES OF GARMENTS DO YOU PRINT ON?
We print on T-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, tote bags, long sleeves, and more. Let us know what you need and we’ll help you choose the best option.
DO YOU OFFER DESIGN HELP?
Definitely. Our team can assist with artwork clean-up, sizing, and placement. We also offer full custom design services if needed.
CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN BLANKS?
Yes, customer-provided blanks are welcome but printed at your own risk. We recommend using 100% cotton or high-quality blends for best results.
DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?
Absolutely. The more you order, the lower your per-unit cost. Contact us for a custom quote.
WHAT FILE TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PNG, JPEG, AI, PSD, PDF, or SVG. For best results, send high-resolution or vector files.
DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?
Yes, we ship across the U.S. and offer local delivery or pickup. Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination.
